Refund & Cancellation Policy

Who you're buying from

Creem is the merchant of record for every purchase on Dibs on Dirt. Charges on your card or bank statement show up under Creem's name rather than ours.

Creem processes all refunds on our behalf.

Single Watch Pass ($4.99, one time)

A Single Watch Pass covers one watch with the full Premium treatment: instant alerts and a 30‑day date span, enough to cover your whole trip.

Your dates are yours to edit for 24 hours after purchase. Once that window closes, they lock — that's an editability cutoff, not a refund cutoff (see below). The pass is then spent: deleting the watch afterward does not return it. The watch itself keeps running through your trip: it expires at your trip's end date plus a short grace period, capped at 6 months from purchase for ReserveCalifornia watches and 12 months for Recreation.gov watches.

Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, if your pass hasn't sent its first alert yet, email us for a full refund. Once it sends that first alert, it's done its job and is not refundable after that.

If you upgrade to Premium, your $4.99 is credited toward the first Premium payment and the pass is retired. If you later cancel Premium, the pass does not come back.

Premium subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Your access runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.

We don't refund partial periods (unused days on a month or year you've already started).

How to cancel

Open Settings and choose Cancel subscription. That hands you to Creem's billing portal for your subscription, where you cancel it yourself.

The cancel link in any Creem subscription email works too. Or email support@dibsondirt.com and we'll take care of it.

Founder rate

The founder rate ($4.99/mo, locked for life) holds for as long as your subscription runs unbroken. Cancel, and the founder rate ends with it.

Resubscribe later and you'll pay the then-current price. There's no path back into the founder rate once it's gone.

Your statutory rights

If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, those rights apply regardless of anything above. Creem, as merchant of record, administers them.

How to request a refund

Email support@dibsondirt.com from, or naming, the address you purchased with. We reply within 2 business days, and route eligible refunds through Creem.
